Ingredients
COOKED QUINOA (WATER, QUINOA), LENTILS (WATER, LENTILS), WATER, SPLIT PEAS (WATER, SPLIT PEAS), EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, SPICES, LEMON JUICE, SUGAR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL WITH LEMON OIL, SEA SALT.
Microwave
Remove the product from its packaging and place it in a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or paper towel, leaving a small gap for steam to escape. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Internal temp needs to reach 165°F. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Combi Oven
Place the pouch directly on combi oven rack. Set the combi oven to steam at 165°F (73°C). Heat for 45-65 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F, checking halfway through for even heating. Open pouch into desired vessel. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Steam Table
Place the product in a steam table pan and cover loosely. Set to medium and heat for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and internal temp reads 165°F. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
