Simmering
Submerge the sealed soup pouch in a pot of simmering water, using a barrier to prevent sticking. Heat for a minimum of 15 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the pouch, shake to mix, verify the 165°F internal temperature, and then pour to serve. Watch the Video Here
Combi Oven
Set the Combi oven to steam at 170°F. Carefully place the sealed soup pouch on the rack, avoiding punctures. Steam for 20-30 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove, shake to mix, verify the temperature, and pour to serve. Watch the Video Here
