Jordan Sandridge
Co-President
Jordan Sandridge is Co-President of Sandridge Crafted Foods, with responsibility over operations, maintenance, and logistics, and direct oversight of the company’s Morton, Ill. production facility.
Prior to being named Co-President in 2022, he was Chief Operating Officer.
During his school years, Sandridge worked summer jobs in the sanitation and operations department of the family business. He began his career there in 2004, upon earning a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from The Ohio State University.
Sandridge has held a wide range of jobs as the company evolved from its roots as a regional producer in the wet salads category. These include running vegetable preparation and the slaw line. “Back then, we were hand-slicing veggies.”
He was project manager for the launch of the company’s retail soup line, and has also served as a receiving manager, business manager, warehouse manager and general manager of the company’s in-house logistics arm, MDS Inc.
Personal Life
He is certified in Lean Management and earned his M.B.A. degree in 2015 from The Ohio State Fisher College of Business.
“It’s humbling to see how much we’ve changed and grown in the time I’ve been here,” he says. “What I value most here, though, are the 600 people I work with every day. They’re my work family, and they’re extremely important to me.”
Sandridge grew up in Westfield Center, Ohio and still lives there with his wife and two dogs. He’s currently rebuilding a 1980s-era Porsche 944 that was once owned by his grandfather.
