Directions

  1. Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until they reach an internal temp of 160°F for medium doneness
  2. Top each burger with pimento cheese, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  3. Butter the buns and grill for about a minute
  4. Serve with lettuce, red onion, tomato, and extra pimento cheese if desired
  5. Garnish with Onion Rings and Cole Slaw
