Sweet Chopped Coleslaw Crisp

A unique twist on classic coleslaw, mixed with Cheddar-Monterey cheese, savory breadcrumbs, baked to a perfect crisp.


  • 1 lb. Sandridge Sweet Chopped Cole Slaw
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2 T. butter, softened
  • 3/4 C. Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).   

  2. Mix Sandridge Sweet Chopped Cole Slaw, 1/4 cup shredded Monterey-Cheddar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; transfer to 2-quart baking dish.

  3. Mix butter, bread crumbs, and 1/4 cup cheese together in a separate bowl until well combined; spread crumb mixture over coleslaw mixture.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the coleslaw is golden brown and edges are bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
