Healthy and easy, one-pot pasta skillet!

- 2 lb. Fully Cooked Penne Pasta
- 3 C. Seasoned Green Beans
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- zest of 1 large lemon
- 3 C. packed baby arugula
- chopped fresh basil, for serving
- sliced almonds, for serving
Add the olive oil to a large, deep nonstick skillet set over medium heat. When hot, add onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add green beans, penne, arugula, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Continue to cook, uncovered for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the arugula is wilted.
Remove from heat, garnish with the fresh basil and nuts, then serve!
