- 1 C. Sandridge Fully Cooked Quinoa
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 lb. cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. grated Parmesan for garnish
Add mushrooms, garlic and thyme, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in cooked quinoa until well combined and heat through. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan.
