Edamame Stir Fry

Delicious vegetarian dinner in less than 20 minutes!


  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • 2 C. cooked white rice
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Sandridge Fire Roasted Edamame Salad
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1 C. scrambled egg


  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add rice and soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes.

  2. Add the Sandridge Fire Roasted Edamame, salt and pepper, turn the heat up to get it sizzling. 

  3. Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
