Delicious vegetarian dinner in less than 20 minutes!

- 2 T. sesame oil
- 2 C. cooked white rice
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 C. Sandridge Fire Roasted Edamame Salad
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 C. scrambled egg
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add rice and soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes.
Add the Sandridge Fire Roasted Edamame, salt and pepper, turn the heat up to get it sizzling.
Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
