If you love the hot Italian sub, you love this antipasto twist.

- 2 lb. Tomato Basil Couscous
- 1/4 lb. Genoa salami, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 C. black olives, sliced or halved
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
- 3/4 C. banana peppers
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 t. honey
In a large bowl, whisk mustard, honey and red pepper flakes.
Drain liquid from couscous salad. Add drained couscous salad to bowl and toss with dressing.
Mix in salami, mozzarella cheese, black olives and banana peppers.
