Asian Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sandridge Traditional Chicken Salad
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 T. rice vinegar
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1/2 C. shredded carrots
  • 1 finely sliced green onion
  • 1/2 C. peanuts, chopped
  • 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Whole grain wrap
  • 1/4 C. shredded radicchio

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken salad with soy sauce, rice vinegar, Dijon and sesame oil. Mix.

  2.  Add carrots, green onions, peanuts, cilantro to the chicken salad mixture.

  3. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto a whole grain wrap and top with shredded radicchio, fold and serve cold.
