Grandma's Potato Patties

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Grandma's Potato Salad
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Mash Potato Salad until smooth.

  2. Blend in egg and mash.

  3. Gently mix in bread crumbs and cheese.

  4. Shape into patties and coat with bread crumbs.

  5. Fry in a lightly oiled saute pan until brown or bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes each side or until golden brown.
