Edamame Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Fire Roasted Edamame Salad
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Scrambled Egg

Directions

    1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add rice and soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes.
    2. Add the Edamame, salt and pepper, turn the heat up to get it sizzlin. 
    3. Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
