Chicken Tortilla Tamale

- 2 2/3 cup Tortilla Soup with Chicken
- 2 1/4 cup masa flour
- 1/4 cup chicken fat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
Make 4-inch balls with the mixture.
Next, form the balls into pyramid shapes.
Arrange on a perforated pan and cover with a damp towel. Then cover with a lid.
Place over a pan of boiling water and steam for 40 minutes.
Serve with a side of guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy with warm tortillas or chips.
