Broccoli Cheddar Casserole

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 1/2 cups Broccoli & Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup melted butter
Pour rice in mixing bowl.
Add soup and mix well.
For topping, pour bread crumbs into a small bowl.
Add the parmesan and butter; mix well.
Pour first mixture into greased pan; spread with spatula until smooth.
Sprinkle the topping over the mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
