Broccoli Cheddar Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 1/2 cups Broccoli & Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Pour rice in mixing bowl.

  2. Add soup and mix well.

  3. For topping, pour bread crumbs into a small bowl.

  4. Add the parmesan and butter; mix well.

  5. Pour first mixture into greased pan; spread with spatula until smooth.

  6. Sprinkle the topping over the mixture.

  7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
